Slow Experience Retreat in Crete — Villages, Nature & Presence

This is a longer-stay experience in Crete for those who wish to step out of a fast-paced rhythm and spend time in a more grounded and natural environment.

Located in the Apokoronas area of Chania, the experience unfolds through simple, everyday moments rather than a fixed retreat structure.

Participants stay for 14 days, allowing enough time for the nervous system to settle and for a different quality of experience to emerge.

During the stay, there are opportunities for:

• village walks and local exploration
• time in nature and quiet surroundings
• simple shared moments and conversations
• optional participation in experiences such as treasure hunts or relational clarity sessions

There is no rigid schedule or intensive program.

The intention is to create a space where presence, rest, and awareness can develop naturally over time, without pressure or expectation.
